Does AIRBNB have the money from the guest when they confirm the reservation?

Yes, Airbnb takes the money from the guest up front at the time of booking.  If you have a confirmed reservation with a guest, Airbnb has already collected the money for the reservations.  You will receive your pay out approximately 24 hours after the guest checks in.
