Hello,

 

I have a very simple question - the last two guest in my apartment have not written reviews. These people have said to me that everything was perfect and that they were satisfied. And, of course, I would wish them to write that down for my future reference. Is iot not Airbnb's responsibility to ask them to write an review?

Airbnb will send them an email to remind them, but if you fear the deadline of 14 days will pass before they do, you can write them a message and kindly ask them to submit a review because it is important to you because of the statistisc etc. I did so once and everything worked well.

Hello @Belma1, you should do like @Ana7 said. I often receive AIrbnb newcomers and they just don't notice the reminder to write a review. I normally wait for a week, after I've received the email to review them, to reach out and explain, briefly, what a review is and how it is important to us. It woked for me in more than 90% of the cases.
