somenone is trying to book my place and she said the calendar states it is not available

My place is available.  A client wants to book but she says it is saying unavailable

I had that happen and found out the guest was trying to book an already booked date even though they claimed to be booking a week later.  I was really astounded to find out that once they discovered it not available they still tried to book.  I was glad I asked a lot of questions and didn’t just assume the date was right or I would have had two guests for one room.

@Catherine0 Yes, recently had the same problem. I believe it was because the guest had not completed her ID verification.

i have the same problem - i have pre approved her reservation and also send her a special offer but it is saying you cant do this as the calender spot is un available. When  i go to my calender its says available

any suggestions - how can i contact AirBnB
