two log-ins-help!

I logged in with my gmail account and did my bookings. I then accidentally clicked sign in with facebook and how I can't log in with the email any more. I go into my gmail to confirm the booking and it takes me to the log in under facebook which also makes me use a different email. Any ideas on how to consolidate?
