I recently hosted a guest - December 6th-11th he then asked to extend, so i altered the reservation to the 18th. - His payment was not successfully processed.
Unfortunatly Airbnb was unable to collect the additional payment and airbnb canceled the extension.
Not sure if that background info is needed, but once the back and forth between airbnb and me, the case was closed and reservation ended . I was then prompted to leave a review but unfortunatly i got this error message : "You do not have access to this"
I called airbb and they said its a technical isse on the guests account -- what does this mean? there must be another reason... why would the account have technicall isse?
