uncancelling a cancel

I canceled an approval, in part, because I did not see the message where the renters were not bringing a pet that they asked if they could bring. my rental is no pets. after i cancelled, the hidden message appeared. There was no reason to decline this guest now. they still want to rent but they see the calendar as booked at that timeframe, I see the calendar as them renting for the time. As a result, I lost my one time free fee waiver you get for cancelling an approval and these guys can't get the place. what do i do?

@Kathie0 Contact Airbnb right away and explain the situation.  Also contact the guest to tell them you are working on getting the cancellation undone.  Here's how to contact Airbnb:
