why is the add price differnt than my posted price?

So im a nubie.  I listed my condo at Grand Laguna Beach for $232 per night.  When I went back to check the listing it was posted at $188.  went back 10 minutes later it was posted at $240???  I have not selected any discounts except for monthly stays.

The booking form shows a price of USD 188,- for every simulated booking i tried.

I don't now if their is a currency to be converted for this country ?
