wifi refund

My rental usually has Cable and WIFI but comcast made a mistake and shut off the wifi.  I have a guest staying for 4 nights and would like a credit for the inconvenience of no interest access. 
What is a reasonable credit?

I would check to see if there are any internet cafes in your area where they might go to get online and refund them according to what it would cost to go there. Maybe give them a gift card for that place instead. Or as a good will gesture, you could give them a gift card for dinner at a local restaurant.

First make sure you tell them in advance - and ensure they are still happy to go ahead with the booking. Second - tell them what you are going to do in return.
