My listing

My listing states that our home can sleep 11 people, which it does.

However, we can close one bedroom, which would then make it sleep 7.

This of course would bring nightly rate down.

What I would like to know is whether I can have 2 choices in the main heading?

From what I see you have your set price for set amout of people.

This is our first time hosting, so still learning.

Would be grateful for any advice.

you can set your base price for 4 guests and then charge every extra guest xx $

But, if the base price is set for the entire home with 4 bedrooms then people will expect 4 bedrooms, not 3

For example we have 2 bdr apartment for max 6 guests but sometimes it gets booked by 2 guests because they want to sleep in separate rooms. 

But, you can make another listing with 3 rooms and max 7 guests , just make sure it is linked with your first listing so you don't get overbooked.
