Hello, I need your help on a subject that rbnb cannot help me with...
My tenant wanted to leave the accommodation given that it was not far from the Los Angeles traffic lights. So I obviously accepted his request for cancellation.
For each reservation, rbnb directly deducts 30% taxes from the rent (taxes for accommodation located in the United States). The problem is that during reimbursements they do not take into account the 30% deduction.
I received a payment of $2,680 from Airbnb on January 1st. And on January 12 when the tenant left they asked me to reimburse them 2240+318= $2558.70 Which comes to a total of $122 for ten nights... While the tenant stayed 10 days in the apartment. The 30% Taxes are not refunded by rbnb in the event of cancellation by the tenant...
Cleaning costs are not even taken into account...
Could you enlighten me on the situation? The people in charge of customer service answer me incorrectly...
Thanking you in advance for your help!
