Hello,
The cancellation policies are not very clear in my head so I was hoping that someone could help me.
I'm a new host and I have a guest who wishes to cancel his reservation that he made 2 weeks ago. He is asking me to cancel in his place because he told me that that's the only way for him to get any type of refund.
So I would like to know what are the exact cancellation policies and if I do cancel his reservation, will my calendar stay blocked during these dates?
What should I do, let him cancel or cancel it myself?
