Access to calendar and accounting files after closing account

We had a property manager for our airbnb.  We only had access to the calendar and nothing else  (he made us cohost with calendar access only).  

We are supposed to receive our final  check soon so  we wanted to double check the calendar. 

However, he said we now no longer have access as listing has been taken down. 

How do we get access to the calendar and record of who stayed when and what he charged them as well as any other info for taxes etc?.

Unfortunately, if you didn't keep your own records (spreadsheet of each reservation and/or printout of the reservations), I'm afraid you won't have access to that information anymore. This is why owner's should never allow anyone to be named as primary host (property mgmt company) with the owner as co-host.

You could try contacting Airbnb, but not sure they can help you out on this one.
