Hello. I need help deciding if I should convert my garage into an ADU.
Right now its a 4 bedroom house in Los Angeles thats doing fairly well on Airbnb.
The front 2 car garage is not being used by tenants at all. Everyone parks in the driveway.
We have an opportunity to turn the garage into a studio with its own entrance, bath and kitchen.
Then we can rent out studio on yearly lease and keep airbnb running as is but obviously mention in the
details that garage has someone living in it. Or maybe rent both out through airbnb.
Im very torn and not sure if I should do it or not.
Anyone has this experience?
