AirB&B fees refund

We booked a place. The host canceled it and refunded us their fees but I have not been able to get hold of anyone at AirB&B to get AirB&B fees refunded.

i would greatly appreciate someone (a human being) to help me wit this issue.

@Jelena165  With a host cancellation, as far as I'm aware, your Airbnb fees should be automatically refunded. You don't see this anywhere on your account as an upcoming payment? 

Airbnb CS is really difficult to get ahold of these days. You just have to be persistent.
