do some market research to see what others with similar listings in your area charge. Ignore Airbnb's pricing tips - always way too low .

@Mario2669 Go to www dot airbnb dot com, and in location,  search for Milton Keynes and put in dates. Many properties will come up. This will give you an idea of what STR prices and types of homes look like in your area.
