Hi. I am new to this forum. Can anyone guide me how to find properties in Barbados than I can rent for Airbnb investment? It seems fairly difficult here.

Probably because most landlords don't want tenants who want to sublet for short term let's.

when you did your market research about setting up an arbitrage business what did you learn about long term tenancies ? In the UK for example it's standard in assured short hold tenancies (our long term leases ) that subletting is against the terms of the tenancy .

what about in Barbados?
