Airbnb Host & Salesperson in CA - Do I need to go through broker?

If you are a licensed real estate salesperson who actively helps people buy and sell under a brokerage, do you have to go through your brokerage for airbnb rentals under 30 days? It seems like it wouldn't make sense to do as brokers usually take a leasing fee and also require a ton of documents which are time consuming. I would assume theres an easy way around this but am unsure. Any insight would help!
