Airbnb calendar becomes unavailable from guest side

Hi there,

 

My airbnb calendar are opened for Jan25 however from guest portal it show all unavailable from Jan to all future months. I did check if I clicked the option for 'default unavailable' however this is not turned on. 

 

I also use Hostaway as the channel manager and I initially thought this caused the issue. However after I disconnected Hostaway with Airbnb, the issue still exist and the calendar from guest side still showing as unavailable.

 

Does anyone has the similar problem before?

Hello @April279 

 

Are you experiencing this problem on all 12 of your listings or just certain ones?  I went onto the first one and the calendar is open for bookings to guests, hence my question😉
