Airbnb did not pay out some reservations

I have my Airbnb in Montevideo, and have a colegue host who has been claiming since 25 days ago, that Airbnb has not made the payments of Her last two guests. So far 500 american dollars. She has made several reports to Airbnb Suport team, they played with Her time, said the “ingenieres “ are trying to solve the problem in the system. After 48 hrs closed the case and the problem is not solved. Other hosts from Montevideo are very preocupied that this situation could happen to us. And feel our rights are uncovered. Anyone has Experienced such as situation? Any advise how to get help?

Hello @Jenny1621 and welcome to ABB CC and the Club of those who have had issues with not been paid.

Did ABB ever email you a message notifying you that your payments were going to be paused?

There's much discussion here in CC if you use related words in the Searchbox.

 

You may like to check to see if you have had any payment adjustments in your Transaction history and ask CS to contact their IT/ Engineering Department to rectify the matter.
