Airbnb does not pay

My custumer check in 6 aug and now is 31 aug and Airbnb not pay for this reservation.I am a super host and my account is valid and whas verify 100 time .But now not pay and The Airbnb suport lies and lies . Airbnb simply embezzled the money refers to all kids of lies and its very complicated payment operation.Now i lost this money I trying to negotiate with Airbnb support but is inpossible to hawe a normal discution The support lies and lies.So i draw the attention dear host colleaques to be very careful because Airbnb will steal your money.
