I am writing here because feedback from airbnb support is close to 0 nad i don`t know how to proceed.
On short i had a guest coming on 4th of February booking for a week, for which i received the payout. Then he made 3 one week alterations and then the problems started, even i should have gotten 3 payouts untill now i have none and they are still in the upcoming payouts tab. I`ve called and wrotte to airbnb support many times now and all i have from them is that the guest payment method was declined and i should not worry. I also talked with the guest and he says he payed, that even airbnb sent him a few links to pay on and he proceeded that.
I am missing at this time payouts from a hole month wich is kind of affecting me. Anybody had this issue before, any sugestions on how to proceed would be very helpful.
