Do I have to file monthly tax returns if I am Airbnb host with an RFC or can I just let Airbnb pay the 4% each month and not do monthly’s returns

@Vince1247   You need to talk to your tax office.  I have to file monthly (zero due) returns for my State and County, but I do not for my municipality.

I should have mentioned that my condo is in Cabo San Lucas.  I have contacted an accountant in the area and will be working with them soon but was just wondering what people with an RFC entered into airbnb and VRBO were doing with the monthly tax requirements.  It generally states that they will take out 4% but that that amount should be deducted from your total monthly taxes indicating that the taxes would probably be more that the 4%.

Another question I have is how much people are paying a mexican accountant to do the monthly taxes?
