Airbnb in Puerto Rico

Hi guys! I’m an Airbnb Superhost in Chicago. I’ve been going back and forth to Puerto Rico twice a year since I was 3 months old! ( I’m 31 now!) So I’ve always considered Puerto Rico my second home. We have a condo out there near our family but unfortunately the association does not allow Airbnb in any of the units. 

Does anyone have any info on how I can get more info about licensing in Puerto Rico ? Thanks !
