Airbnb monthly reports

Hi fellow hosts, I really wanna drill down on the Airbnb Monthly reports. The problem is I don’t know what some of the columns represent. I can guess but would like full description of statistics such as ‘Average booking window Yoy’  and ‘contact to book rate Yoy’. ‘Average daily rate Yoy’ etc etc.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

@Clare7  Yoy = year over year, so the average booking window year over year is a comparison of how long guests book in advance, on average, from one year to the next.  If you download the report for February 2021, it will compare the data to February 2020.  The contact to book rate year over year is a comparison of how many guests contact you and then complete a booking from one year to the next.  Etc.
