Airbnb requirements in the Philippines

Hi Everyone,

I'm new to Air BNB and planning to list a unit. I just want to ask from veteran their feedbacks on some of my questions:

1. What are the legal requirements and processes needed before hosting to AirBNB in the Philippines? Do we need to apply for DTI and DOT accreditation?

2. Do we need to secure permits, forms, certificates from a LGU where the listing is located?

3. Can I transfer an AIRBNB account under a company's name?

4. What are the taxes needed to be paid? If so, is it under a company's name or an individual's name?
