Airbnb withholding my Payout

Can anyone suggest who I can call to get a payout issue resolved? I have been waiting for over a month for 3 payouts and everytime I speak to an Airbnb operator, they promise to escalate the issue but nothing is ever done. They owe me over £500 and in the current cost of living crisis, I cannot afford to be without MY income. There were no issues with the bookings, just an internal error or system glitch regarding my payout method. This has been resolved for several weeks but still no money. I am  literally tearing my hair out with frustration and  a feeling of helplessness. PLease help!

Sorry to hear this sadly you aren't the only one. There is only one number for customers services in the UK.


But you can raise this via their social media channels - FB. IG and Twitter @Nick  @Stephanie  can you chase at your end please.

Thanks @Helen3 . @Nick @Stephanie  can either of you guys help? Is there a contact number for technical support? I think there is something wrong with the operating system and my payout methods. It all looks good on my screen, but Airbnb keep routing payouts to the wrong accounts. I just don’t know what to do. I have spoken to so many different people via the Superhost helpline, but nobody it seems, supervisors included, can help.

As I mentioned in my earlier post. There is only one number you can contact for Airbnb.

 

I can only imagine how frustrating this must be for you.

 

Did you contact them via their social media like I suggested?

Yes, @Quincy but the payout was sent to the wrong account yet again! I have showed Airbnb screenshots of my payout method routing to show it is correct from my end but somehow they still sent it to the wrong account and in the wrong currency. I keep telling them there must be a glitch in the system. They keep telling me I have changed the routing!!!! I tell them, yet again, I have not. Then they close the case. They will not look into it or admit they have made an error. I have been a superhost since 2014. I am totally dismayed and upset by way they are treating me. I cant fight Airbnb anymore. It is taking up too much time and energy.  You win Airbnb. Do what you like with the money I have earned and when you make a mistake continue to blame your hardworking host. I give up.
