Hello, i have a doubt regarding the payout for a refund. If a traveller cancell his reservation and i have an strict policy of 50% refund and the booking was for let's say $2,000 all in and after the cancelation is $1,000 as my final payout but is not reflected in my transaction history, what can i do about it, will show up at some point, 24 hours after the check in was scheduled or i have to worry about it?

Hi @Alberto1796,  If I understand it correctly you have a strict refund policy but the with a 50% refund, make sure to check in how many hours the guest canceled because in Strict Refund policy it states that if the reservation is 14 days ahead and the guest canceled in the first 48 hours, they are fully refunded. 

If you are sure it should be 50% you should see it in the reservation breakdown and you should see it in your bank account when they send the funds. If you think there is a mistake, better to call and go over it with a representative.
