We welcome you to Airbnb. It’s a wonderful company and can be both emotionally and financially rewarding.

Our advice is to focus on delivering good service.
Have clean, uncomplicated, uncluttered accommodation.

Focus on comfort & practical furniture. 
The bed is important , we recommend white clean fresh bedding and use a ”Topper” on the mattress. The is a smaller mattress that sits comfortably on the main bed.
