Are you allowed to charge for early check in

I have been having many requests for early check in. Am I allowed to charge a certain rate for early  check in /check out requests longer than 2 hours?

@Vee274 Yes you can. Just use the resolution centre to request the money.

@Vee274 You can state state your fees for extra services such as early check-in or late check-out in the listing, and require guests to pre-pay for them with a Resolution request before facilitating.

 

The guest only gets charged if they accept the request.
