Hi, I’m currently hosting in the uk but would like to get a property in Barcelona. Does anyone know how easy this would be for a Brit? Are there restrictions on how many nights you can rent out a property for? Regulations? Thanks, Amanda

Barcelona banned private-room rentals and requires entire-home hosts to obtain a license. It's very restrictive and will probably become more so in the future, so it's not a place I'd recommend buying a property with the sole intention of listing it on Airbnb.
