I have around £30k to invest in an airbnb business, where would be best to buy with this amount of money?

No-one here can answer this question - it's up to you to do the market research you need for your STR business to see what is affordable within your budget, that you can manage easily and which has strong demand and isn't governed by STR restrictions . @Hasan78 

 

As you know 30K won't buy you a garden shed in London 🙂
