Best way to Automate?

Any Advice for full Airbnb Automation, and the most hands off hosting experience?

I’ve been a host before and have now started again after 4 years of not hosting.

im curious to build a business out of this but would like to automate it and be as hands off as possible.

my previous experience was basically doing everything from cleaning, communicating, and managing my calendar. It was exhausting!

Hi @Thomas3619

Welcome back!  Yes, it can be exhausting! Most don't fully understand how much work being a STR Host can be. It's definitely NOT passive income as some think it is. The "landscape" has certainly changed, and being successful (and staying successful) is even more challenging than ever.

One way to ease the load is to have a Co-Host for your listing(s). Co-Hosts can help you manage guest communication (using automated messaging tools) and also optimize your listing. They can advise you on dynamic pricing, marketing and promotion strategies and how to keep your listing competitive and successful. They can also advise you regarding smart home devices such as smart locks, cameras, noise monitors and Wi-Fi thermostats. These tools help you manage your business more efficiently by automating many tasks and make it easier to operate your business; all from your cell phone!

Some Co-Hosts operate remotely and some can also provide on-site property assistance (cleaning, maintenance, etc.).  Compensation is based on what tasks they perform and how many properties and platforms you are listed on. It can be a flat rate per booking, or percentage of each booking. You can also choose to share all, part, or none of the cleaning fee with your Co-Host.

Wishing you much success!
