Depending on what this cohost offers. 30% could be very cheap in my book.

I offer a guest screening service, so my landlords don’t have to worry about the guests with felony charges, eviction history , prostitution potential etc. That service along would take a lot of time. But it’s so worth it. I only had 2 guests that i had to call police in 8 years of hosting. 

And because of that, 30% isn’t enough to cohost. 

is your 30% including cleaning fee? just curious.

I don’t need a cohost for just messaging the guests. 

i know some companies do 20% and it’s useless since they accept every guest. it soon becomes a disaster to landlord once serious issues emerge.

It depends what your expectations are as to cost, and where you're located.

I'm a local STR Superhost in Sugarloaf, and also manage a long term property. 

I'm extremely thorough in screening, and insist on outdoor cameras with audio.

My goal is to keep your place booked with respectful visitors, both to your property and neighbors.

I also offer trash and concierge service.
