Dear TeamGreeting from THE BEST HOTEL MUMBAIPlease to check...
Dear TeamGreeting from THE BEST HOTEL MUMBAIPlease to check my hotel is live or not to the Airbnb because I am not receiving...
I'm trying to find a way to set the price per night for Friday, Saturday and Sunday to a fixed amount (let's call it X), so that a guest who books a 2-night stay pays 2X but if they book all three nights I give them a discount (3X - discount set by me).
I don't really like 2-night stays due to the work involved, so my standard setting is 3-night minimum. But I'm experimenting to see how it might affect my bookings over winter. I think people will pay more per night for just Fri-Sat or Sat-Sun.
The only solution I've found is to rasie my Fri and Sat prices and lower my Sunday price. Only that means if somebody does book a Sat-Sun stay, I'm worse off than before!
All help gratefully received - thanks.

What you want is an "if X then Y" (IF booking is on Saturday AND for 3 nights, THEN there is a discount) situation, which is not possible as everything on Airbnb is static.
But there are some options to experiment with:
- If you do not use Smart Pricing, you can set a special prce for weekends (Friday and Saturday)
- A ruleset can be made with setting: if check-in is on Saturday, minimum stay = 3 nights and total price decreases with certain percentage.
- Set a general discount for all 3 nights stays
- Set minimum stay by check-in day
@Emiel1Thanks for the tips. The 'weekend price' I found but that seems to change all weekends for the 12 months my calendar is open. Not what I want to do at the moment.
For most of the year, 3-night stays work fine so I don't want to set a general discount. Just looking to promote them during quieter months.
The others - ruleset and minimum stay by check-in day I have no idea about! But, I will read up and see what I can find out.
Thank you.
@Ben205 rule sets can be applied to as little as a day and as much as you like so these will work for you.
@Mike-And-Jane0According to ABB I only get access to rule sets if I have 6 or more listings. It would appear that us poor folk with only 1 listing can't set our own rules...
