Can we set up a weekly rate different from a weekend rate

I am looking to set the weekly rate 25% lower than the weekend rate. Not sure how to do it, any help would be much appreciated.

Hello, @Mandeep20 , welcome to this forum.  I looked at your listing and since you have just the one listing and you are new to this platform, it might be good for you to set the price changes manually in the calendar mode.  Using that method, until you become more familiar with the seasonal aspect of the business, will allow you more flexibility.  I manage my prices based on demand using my 6 years of experience hosting in my area.  You might want to have 3 day weekend pricing at certain times and middle of the week pricing at a lower rate.  

On another issue, it is unclear how you will accommodate 14 sleeping people in a 3 bedroom condo.  It is best to be up front with the number of actual beds, not air mattresses or sofa beds, and the alternate sleeping arrangements.  Always best to meet or exceed accurate guest expectations.  Also, you might want to consider what wear and tear will occur with 14 people in your home along with the potential for annoying the neighbors.  There are many discussions about hosting large groups and the pros and cons of doing so.

If you  are not on "Smart Pricing", then you can set a base price (for all days), but you have an extra option the set a price for weekends (=Friday and Saturday).
