Super host.. eliminated

I was a super host until somebody /.a family decided to wreck my house , garden and pool. He then gave me a 2 star rating. And a whole lot of compliments and then the lies. We “ leave late”  -> they left early😮 the damage is still with me .. my garden for starters . Now my superhost has been taken away to add insult to injury. I am no longer a guest favorite . This will be my last year on the air bnb platform.. communication with an on line computer to resolve problems is horrible. E mails are not answered. Then we “ called you” no.. they did not. The whole situation is too big, too many people and not enough personal to cope with host’s problems.

Superhosts with 100 reviews should be at least be allowed to delete an occasional bad review.   There is always THAT person that will leave you a 2 on accident or for no reason that had anything to do with your place.
