That sounds incredibly frustrating, Anne. I completely understand your disappointment.. after all the effort it takes to maintain Superhost status and provide a great experience, it's disheartening to lose it due to one unfair review. At the very least, hosts with Superhost status and over 100 reservations should receive priority support and faster access to a real Airbnb representative. It's only fair given the level of commitment and professionalism that experienced hosts bring to the platform.
