Canceling bookings in the far future effect bookings in the immediate future

I got an offer to sell the house that I'm renting. I'd sell it at the end of July to see through the bookings for this up coming month but I'd cancel about 5 bookings in August and September. Will canceling these bookings now, effect my guests staying in July?

Hello no it won't affect guests booked in July  if  you are cancelling bookings in August and September, but you will pay a fine for each booking you cancel @Julia4879 

Please do this ASAP to give these guests time to find alternative accommodation .

it’s won’t affect the booking on july but  since you have to cancel , you need to paid fine for each booking . 

Do advised to guest who booked on August and September.
