Bonjour @Jean8403 ,

Hello,

I have not outsourced anything.

I simply do the daily management, wisely and simply. I have two structures, so it is quite simple with the crossed calendars of AIRBNB.

For a few weeks now I have also been referenced on booking, and no worries.

For the prices, I prefer to look at the automatic pricing from time to time, simply, my apartments are very qualitative, and on this point I prefer to free myself from the automatic pricing often not expensive enough.

Good luck to you! and I look forward to being of service to you.

Thanks @Jason2576

do u use hostaway for pricing only or for management? I have been in contact with them but was unsure if this was the right path. How do u find them cost wise?

@Hayley185 Everything.

Jason

Hello @Hayley185,

I live in a city of about 300,000, next to a city of 500,000. I live near desirable venues in my city (10 minute walk).

I look at the airbnb lodging near me and consider my amenities. I choose a high and a low price per night that I am comfortable charging. I then use Airbnb's smart pricing. I have found it necessary to keep an eye on that pricing, because it isn't always indicative of what is or isn't happening in town.

I want to keep my space accessible for travelers. I know I want to be able to afford to travel using Airbnb. Thus, it is not my goal to charge as much as possible.

Thus, pricing is personal and it is staying aware of other units near you.

Best,

Jackie
