Charge per extra visitors

Hi, I would like to increase the cost per night for additional visitors, to cover the extra expenses such as laundry washing, cleaning additional rooms, etc... Where can I add it?

This can be set up in your listing calendar >>> Pricing >>> Additional Charges >>> Fees >>> Extra Guest Fees

If you are going to have an extra guest fee, I would recommend protecting yourself by ensuring you vet the guest to make sure they are booking with an accurate guest count as some will realize that you have an extra guest fee and may book fewer guests and show up with more.  I also include these in my house rules, with or without and extra guest fee.

• Only registered guests are allowed in the house.
• If a guest brings more people than were booked, the reservation will be canceled with no refund.
• All children are considered guests and must be included in the occupancy count which cannot exceed 8, including infants.
