Charges added to my bookings by AIRBNB

Why is a negative service charge being added to my booking.  AIRBNB are still taking their full service charge but adding a minus to mine which means I  get less than I should.

You are aware Airbnb charges hosts 3% per booking, right?

They deduct 3.6% from my overnight charge....

Which works out at 3.6% in the uk i.e. 3% plus 20% (VAT)  of 3 % = 3.6%
