Chicago city rules

I will leave my apartment for 30 days, I wanna rent it via airBnb. Its the only time I will do that, for this reason I would like to avoid to do the registration with the cityhall.

 

 Can I use Bnb to rent the house without the risk to get a fine, Max for 30 days?

 Do I have to declare this income?
