How to gain more bookings?

Hi, i am new in hosting but i have been using airbnb as a booker for quite sometime. I just want to ask some advices on how can i market and how can i be successful in hosting my place.

Have you ever asked for a listing critique? To get better help from our host community, I recommend requesting one. It can help you understand why you’re not receiving enough bookings.

I also recommend you to connect with local host from your area and check with them how is the market in your area through our 👉 Local Host Clubs.

Your condo is beautiful with lots of amentias.

I am not familiar with your market, I would suggest maybe review your plans compared to your market.    I don't think a good plan to make money is to have such a higher limit of Guests then fit in 1 bedroom.  When couches are routinely used as a sleeping area.  You have more use than normal use.  Since not sleep sofas just couches there is no ability to insure coverage or protection, urine blood or human sweat.

Last my opinion (but formed from experience) trying to accept too many people usually attracts Guests that don't value your beautiful rental
