Cleaning Companies

Does anyone have any pointers about cleaning companies and what is usually included in a rental cleaning.  i.e. windows, blinds, etc.  I would love to have some opinions about what to expect to pay and usual practices on that subject if anyone can share!

You need to put together a checklist of areas you would want a cleaning company to cover and then get three or four cleaning companies over to view the property and quote based on your specifications @Grace1065
