I have some experience with Airbnb, and recently, Airbnb closed one of my experiences without any explanation. I had 129 reviews with a 4.96 rating. I have written to them several times, but they have not provided the main reason for the closure.
A few days after they closed my experience, they sent me an email stating that I was exchanging phone numbers before clients booked my experiences. I can swear on my mother that whenever someone sent me a phone number, I reported it to Airbnb and never made any bookings outside of the official Airbnb platform.
I responded to their email, telling them the truth and requesting that they send me a screenshot showing where I exchanged phone numbers or failed to report it. I am still waiting for their response.
I am very, very upset with this situation, and I would appreciate any advice on how to proceed.
