Co-Host in Port St. Lucie, FL area needed

Is it possible to own a Airbnb long-term if I reside in a different state?  I'm looking at buying a home in the next few months in the Port St Lucie area as a second home/bnb but would need a co-host to help with the responsibilities needed of someone living nearby.
