Co-Hosting in Gainesville FL

Hi all - I've been hosting in Gainesville for over a decade and have 1100+ reviews, SuperHost status. This was all done with 4 properties I own, and I am now thinking about expanding my services as a "Co-Host" to folks who have airbnb-suited properties but don't want to deal with it. It seems to make sense because I already have the system in place for cleaning, maintenance, optimizing pricing, etc. But I'm not sure how to find people. Any recommendations? I made a flyer and posted it on Criagslist but it didn't get me anything. Would love any advice from other co-hosts on how you expanded. Thanks!
