Co-hosting in Argentina

I am looking to set up an Airbnb house in the Canning suburb (or nearby) of  Buenos Aires.

I will need a local English speaking co-host who can also help arrange set-up (furnishing / utilities etc).  Time frame for start is approximately July 2024.
