Hi @Angelo970 

You need to be happy with your minimum price per night - that's what you have to control and set as appropriately as possible. If you use smart pricing, all it can do is make the price higher when it detects high demand. 

You can try it and still make changes as needed - you can change prices for specific nights on the calendar at any time.
