Consumer needs W9 for company to pay

Hey all, 

my company is paying for my rent for 2 months, in order to set up Airbnb as a vendor we need a W9. 
how do I obtain this ?

this so doesn't make any sense. would you ask a hotel for a W9? it's a business tax write off regardless of if you have a W9. We are commercial/residential landlords & nobody asks us for a W9 when they sign a lease. your accountant should know how to write off these expenses without explaining to the IRS that you stayed at an Airbnb or a hotel...
